Earth School Primer for the Inner Child is an upcoming YouTube podcast from me – founder Karen L. Sheridan – based on my upcoming book of the same name, about healing and celebrating the inner child.

Listen – earth is a classroom, not a courtroom. Most of us didn't get that memo growing up, so as adults we find ourselves stuck in these crappy situations that keep repeating ad nauseum. If you ever scream inside (like I used to), "Stop the world! I want to get off!!", then you might enjoy some of the insights I'll be sharing on the podcast.

These insights were hard won, many of them from the last 12 months of my spiritual awakening/healing journey/whatever you want to call it – basically when Spirit/God/the Universe jolted me out of a major burnout featuring hopelessness, a codependent relationship with a narcissist, financial ruin, addictions to cigarettes, alcohol, and weed, chronic pain, chronic disrespect for myself, and a new diagnosis of autism and ADHD at 62 years of age.

Today, I am not the same person I was a year ago. The learning curve was steep, and that's exactly why I'm writing a book and launching a podcast – to share some fundamental information that would have made the whole spiritual awakening thing a bit easier had I known it.
